Following the guidance of the state department of health, we have resumed all orthodontic care. If you or your child missed an appointment or were unable to make one due to coronavirus restrictions, we look forward to seeing you soon. We ask for your patience as we work through our backlog to get everyone scheduled.
At American Family Orthodontics, we accept most insurance plans and are committed to making your insurance work for you. We will help by calling your insurance company to verify eligibility and benefits prior to your appointment. We’ll also file all the necessary paperwork directly to the insurance company. We don’t want there to be any surprises…we’ll be involved in the treatment process together and we want it to be something you can smile about!
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer.
